My partner and I stayed at Quayside for a weekend getaway, and we were thoroughly impressed. The apartment is conveniently located near the city center and offers a stunning view of the river. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary hamper upon our arrival. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated with lovely ornaments, making it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The cleanliness and provision of necessary amenities, including kitchen and bathroom essentials, were top-notch. The fridge was spotless and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing basic pantry items like salt, sugar, tea, and coffee.
We recommend this hotel.

The layout, furnishings, and decor were lovely, just as advertised. The view from our room was absolutely fabulous. We also loved the convenience of the parking facility. The apartment had everything we needed, and the welcome hamper was a nice touch. The self-contained nature of the apartment provided us with complete privacy. The host was also very responsive whenever we needed assistance. it was a great value for money.
I must mention a couple of fixable issues. it would have been nice to have a simple disinfectant bottle for hands and a disinfectant/virucidal spray for surfaces, especially considering the current times.

The apartment is conveniently located with easy access to various attractions and amenities. Guests can enjoy a peaceful stay next to the river while being within walking distance of the city center and train station. the apartments are well-designed and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and homely atmosphere. the inclusion of welcome bags with goodies adds a nice touch to the overall experience. the availability of parking is a convenient feature.
There have been issues with the water heater, causing inconvenience who had to wait for hours or even days to have access to hot water. This lack of functionality is disappointing and should be addressed for a more pleasant stay.

During my recent stay at a lovely accommodation in York, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the facilities. Everything was well-maintained, and there were towels provided for both the kitchen and bathroom. I especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host in providing a pack of amenities for the kitchen, including a new sponge, surface cloth, soap, and detergent. The fridge was also spotlessly clean. Additionally, the location was excellent, allowing for easy walking access to the city center and the river.
There were a couple of drawbacks that I encountered during my stay. the shower in my bathroom did not work, and I could only take a bath.

During our recent stay at Quayside, we were amazed by the stunning view of the river from our clean and well-furnished apartment. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the city center and train station. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary hamper upon our arrival. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
One drawback was the frustrating technology in the apartment. The Google command lights did not work properly, and only about half of them responded.
